I had the same problem, tried installing a number of different pc suite but none worked properly with the phone, all I could do was charge it through the computer. Then by accident it was on charge with the phone turned OFF, and the computer then found a mass storage device without having to download any other drivers or pc suites. The computer configured it on its own and then created two new drives where I could view photo's and video's on the computer, hope this helps
