hey there,
well i think that you windows is corrupted and so there is no other alternative other than to repair the windows and you can do that either by deleting the existing installation using the windows cd itself or by using the recovery console.
but if you havent format your computer for a long time i would advice you to make full format of your computer and then a clean installation of windows
