Wth of my Pendrive...

Hello,

I had formatted my 4GB Pen drive by using Apple's MacBook Pro.
While I plugin to my on PC, it said that must format it.
I just follow the instruction.. step by step.. Well, after formatted, my Pen drive become 199MB...
Can somebody tell me what need to do..? how i need to recover it back to 4GB?
