Opera mini 5. Error Message

Hello, thanks for an opportunity to talk. i was using opera 5 beta handler well before but i mistakenly deleted the installation. since then, on trying to install back on my N70 phone, it gives this error message "Resource download failed javaio.IOException" and then the installation stops. please kindly help to get back browsing with opera 5 on my phone.
