Help i deleted my itunes library

Hello,
my name is cb and i was on my computer and i download a song wen i downlaoded it it deleted all my songs i had 315 artist in my ipod and now there all gone i need help to get them all back

I deleted all my music from itune I put my Ipod to be charge and when I look for my music all was gone how I can restored them
