Pny pendrive problem

hai tis is deepan . my pen drive is not been recognised in any system. hope it may b bcoz of driver software can anyone help me out........

hi there,

does the led light blink or flash when connected to usb port?

please provide more information and last time used

no it doesn't hav any light in it.
but wen i plug it 2 my sys it is just showing that the device is not recognised & sum times it dont even shows tat.
may i know whr can i get d firmware?..........
