Hello,
MY LAPTOP KEEPS FREEZING AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT IT HAS A VIRUS ON IT AND I CANT TAKE IT OFF WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

Dear Thomas,

If the problem is coming from a virus infection,

please open the anti virus application and carry

out a virus scan. The virus will hence automaticaly

be detected and you will be required to delete it.

This is how you can have it removed.
