format pan drive Closed

Hello,
I am having 2gb transcend pendrive... 
when i am format that pen drive, it will not format, 
because it having protected data.. so please give me suggestions for how to format...

This is for the simple reason that the pen drive 

is write protected. Please have it removed by 

getting through the instructions provided at the
