I cant access my D drive

Hello,
recenty i install windows 7 replacing vista. i just format my C drive and install the windows here. bt after that when i tried to enter in D drive.it shows windows cant access the drive, even i cant format this drive.
plz help me..

hi there,

right click on my computer>

manage>

disk management>

you will find drive d:

right click on it and format the drive partition

thnks, bt as i tried it shows "the format did not complate succesfully" now it show as a ligical Dive, still i cant access, nw what can i do ???
