Dear Princess,
This can easily be solved. Please right click on the file
and for instance if it is a word document, select Open
With and then MS Word. If you don't find the software
in the list click on browse and select it. It will be the
same for any other file. For a picture, Open With the
Paint program. This is how you will access to the files
easily.
