Nokia E63 Phone memory full

Hello,
I cannot send or receive SMS's and I get a message advising that the phone memory is full and to delete some data.
I have cleared all in and outgoing messages but this has had no effect. Still get the message that the phone memory is full.

How can I clear the phone memory?

hmmmm..... Dont be panic jus do this
goto->message-->setting-->others-->memory in use--> change phone memory to memory card

those who don't use memory card .... just clear the inbox!! and sent messages
