Nokia MObile Phone Internal Memory Access

Hello,
I am having Nokia 6070 mobile I wanted to access its internal memory(Not external memory card).
I am having Ubuntu 9.10 O.S.
Mainly I wanted to get my Address book(contacts) to my PC or Vice versa.
If some body knows the start for this or any other forum/link discussing the same please direct me .
It would be great help.
