The hard drive is probably DEAD. It's not the fall that damaged it - it's the sudden stop at the end of the fall.

i am sorry to mension that the usb was not plug to a laptop or desktop port.
i have a neso 320 gb and wont work after fall i have tried possible route to make it work when i plug it to the usb ports it only install the program but does not show the plug and play interferface can somebody please help thank you
