Calls keep dropping

Hello,
I'm running Windows Vista and was away for 2 weeks, and now the screen keeps freezing and calls end on their own. I have uninstalled Skype and re-intalled it, and still same problem. Help please

Its a connection problem and you must contact your isp and information on the situation,they will definitely find appropriate solution for this.
