How do I lose the guidelines on my print?

Hello,

I'm printing an MS Publisher output as a 4-page booklet. However, whenever I print this, it contains a black "frame" like a guide frame , around the outside. How do I get rid of it?

be sure in the template you are using there isnt any frame the error may be coming from there
