Hello,

My laptop screen has gone black since I came back from holidays. I have tried to restart it several times but it does not seem to display anything. I have the option to change it, but I will loose everything that has been saved on this laptop. What should I do?

hey there,

if you have the option of changing it go for it and what you can do to get back the data on the hard disk is to remove it from the laptop and then put it in an external box and then get all the data on it back.

laptop repairs cost a lot and so i would better advice you to change it.
