If ever you are unable to get on the Facebook website itself,
there might be a possibility that the specific website has been
blocked by the administrator and you will hence have to contact
the administrator for having it unblocked. Otherwise if you are
unable to access to your personal Facebook Account, please
contact Facebook Support in order to see whether they have
disabled the account. It might also be that the account has been
hacked. Please have it confirmed with Facebook Support.
