Picture Download to pc

Hello,
I have a Samsung c417 phone and need to down load pictures to my PC. I bought a USB connector at the ATT store but no E drive or anything come up on MY Computer.

Dear Sir,

Please consider having its PC Suite installed on your computer.

Then open it and get through the simple instructions to get the

phone connected. If ever you don't have the PC Suite, please

have it downloaded from the below address:

https://www.samsung.com/us/common/notfound.html
