This could simply be resulting because the specific website has been blocked by an application.
Please try to use another browser to confirm whether the site has been blocked by an add on. You should be able to have access to the website if you use another browser. If this is the case, then get the Tools and select Add ons and disable the add on causing this particular restriction.
You can also make use of an online proxy to access to your MySpace account.
