USB Port permission

sir,

I have a problem to using of unwanted pen drive in the office computer ,
so, i need to give some restiction in the usb port like no other person using my computer usb port
to access a backup of data and information. and when i want i can use this port.
what is the process. please tell me.

and its possible to give a bios started self logo. like my comany name or any more

like LENOVO machine show in our machine Lenovo
