Dear All,

I really need your support with my issue:
I have around 70 tasks in Sheet1 some of them done with 100% (according to other numbers in the same sheet)
I need move the tasks that are completed automatically to sheet2 as soon as they reach the 100%.

Is there a simple way to do that?
or can i link the 100% cell to move the tasks to another sheet

Many thanks for all your support

Omoor

I am using Excel 2003

Hi Omoor,

Let's say you have your tasks in range A1:A70 and your completion rate in range B1:B70 of sheet 1.

Then put the following formula in cell A1 of sheet 2:

=IF(sheet1!B1=100,sheet1!A1,"")

Drag this formula down for the rest of the tasks.

Change the ranges to suit your needs.

Best regards,
Trowa
