Hi Omoor,
Let's say you have your tasks in range A1:A70 and your completion rate in range B1:B70 of sheet 1.
Then put the following formula in cell A1 of sheet 2:
=IF(sheet1!B1=100,sheet1!A1,"")
Drag this formula down for the rest of the tasks.
Change the ranges to suit your needs.
