Executable files not working

Hello,
I can't open any executable files, I need microsoft word to do a project. I tried everything but nothing worked. I can't even run a scan on the computer. I am pretty sure I have a virus, but I can't get it off. Can u please help me?

The executable file of tally is

Download Combofix and run in safe mode
