Duplicate files and folders

Hello,

Recently I had a "clean install" using cd number 3.

I had received from Dell 3 Reinstallation of the Operating System:

#1.-Reinstallation CD Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Including Service Pack 1

#2.-Reinstallation CD Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2

#3.-Reinstallation CD Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 for Ultra Low Cost PCs

How could I remove duplicate files and folders that I found after the last reinstallation?

I was checking under:

I right clicked Start/ Explorer

and I found:

My Computer/Local Disk (C:)

Click: Documents and Settings

All Users
All Users.WINDOWS.0
All Users.WINDOWS.1

Default User
Default User.WINDOWS.0
Default User.WINDOWS.1

Owner
Owner.RC
Owner.RC.000

My Computer/Local Disk (C):

WINDOWS
WINDOWS.0
WINDOWS.1
