i have been using samsung star 3g but i  don't connect to pc internet from my mobile 
i have to installed mobile software in my pc but it show pc studio i don't know how i can access to internet in ps i have using aircel sim. please help me

Hi there,

First of all you need to have internet service already activated on your mobile phone to be able to use this service and browse internet,to get the configuration setting you must contact your network service provider namely Aircel and they will provide you the manual setting by giving mobile model and the phone number well as other information required by them,or you can request them to send the automatic configuration settings by sms and as soon as received you need to save it.

Once all these done connect your mobile phone to pc by using usb cable for mobile phone model. You will get more information for using mobile phone as modem on ink below from Faq:
