DELL COMPUTER SHUTING DOWN

Hello, HOPE YOU GUYS DON'T THINK CRAZY ! BUT I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEM WITH MINE AS WELL.
THE HARD DRIVE WENT BAD HAD TO SAY TO DELL IF THEY DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER TWENTY SUM HRS ON THE PHONE WITH TECH SUPPORT . THAT I WAS GOING TO CONTACT BBB AND THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP AND REPLACE MY HARD DRIVE. THAT WHEN I RECEIVED THE SERVICE I SHOULD HAVE HAD ALL ALONG. NOW THAT MY WARRANTY IS OUT I AM HAVING THE SHUTDOWN ISSUE.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CLEAN THE COILS? THANKS FOR YOUR INFO AND HELP

Dear Sir,

The problem might be coming from the motherboard, RAM or the graphic card.

Please check the issue by trying them on another PC if you don't posssess the

right tools for checking it.
