GTA 4 pc game

Hello,
I have a computer with ,
intel i7 920 2.66 proceesor
Nvidia geforce gt 240 1GB video card
6GB DDR3 ram
1TB hard disk
Windows 7 home premium 64bit version.

However I can't run this GTA 4 in my pc. So please send me the way to install this game as soon as you can.
