Hello,
My computer is not rebooting and hung while trying to run it in safe mode. I read so many post regarding this topic and i could not try anyone because i dont have my xp Cd. Actually my computer is running on windows xp sp3 and i have only windows xp sp2 . can i use this sp2 to fix the issue in my computer?
Or please tell me how to get rid of this problem?

Yes you can use service pack 2 and repair you system.
