Hello,
Ok. So i just got a new laptop, windows 7 home premium, and the media player isnt working right. I have vidoes on my phone, an at&t samsung impression, and when i put them onto my laptop the sound wont work. I can see the video, i just cant hear anything. What do i do???????

Why not call the help phone number for the computer manufacturer? They should be able to help.
