Thank you, while waiting for a reply, I upgraded my modem to latest version software and it works. Thanks again.

You must download and install the driver version for windows 7 or install the driver in compatibility mode,to install in compatibility mode right click on the .exe file ,properties>compatibility tab,now select compatibility mode vista or older version ,press on ok,then double click to start installation.
