I wanna use Airtel sim in Q3 mobile

Hello,
I want to active internet in my Q3 model mobile please help me How? and how to connect with pc? and Can I use English dictionary if so which one?
as soon as possibel.

Dear Sir,

Get the GPRS settings activated on your phone by requesting the accurate

settings from your service provider and hence get the guide to its activation

too.
