Slow in internet browsing n download

Hello,
sir, i m usinng a connection of bsnl data card,which has to give me a high speed but i m not finding it satisfactory,its gives only max 12kb/s speed,i have already download the accelerator application but it doesn't improve my system.

Hi there,

I will advise you to contact your isp and inform them on this issue,they will definitely find a solution and resolve it.
