Can here the recipient

Hello,
When I call on my laptop acer , the recipients (other people) can not hear my voice but I do hear them. Please any assistant. I can hear music on my laptop
pls help

Hi there,

You need o set the microphone,open skype,tools>options,move to audio setting tab,select device for microphone and set the volume level,save and exit.
