My daughter accidentally deleted all contentClosed

Hello,
My daughter plugged her i-pod into our new laptop and hit transfer without reading what she was doing. Lost all of her content and our old desktop had crashed so she no longer has i-tunes on it. Is there a way to recover the lost data?
