Problem with facebook

Hello,
Im trying to figure out why when im o farmville I keep gettig a message that says

Game state is out of syc with the server

Ca u also tell me how to fix this problem

Please have the latest Flash Player and Adobe Shockwave downloaded

in order to get the problem fixed and if still the problem persists, please

contact the Facebook team for getting free of the trouble.
