Hello, I have read as many messages of how to clear up this virus...but for me I need step by step instructions. So far I am unable to get anywhere on my computer...I've tried the F8, I've tried the RUN...what next HELP!! Well I will keep trying til something happens I feel so lost not being able to check my email from home and now from work. Not sure how to get back to this page but I hope I can get a response some way or another. Thanks for listening anyway.

the virus. Please indicate the steps that you have tried so that we

can help you properly.

Hey there ,
Do a computer scan via your anti virus and then check out if the problem persist or not on your system,;-)
