Help with download

Hello,
my turrenz never had a problem but now when i try to download a torrent it asks me to OPEN then it jumps to my windows media player and tells me it cant play the file !!!!! but it skipped over the downloading part??? why is media player jumping in before my download??????????????

Dear Sir,

Please consider selecting Save instead of Open. If you can't perform

this, please right click on it and select download.
