No sound after download update

Hello,
Downloaded Svc Pk 2 (kb948465), silverlight (KB979202) and Office Genuine Advantage Notification (KB949810)...one of these downloads knocked out my audio..had the red X thru the speaker icon...uninstalled all of the downloads and my sound returned to normal. How does one notify Windows of this undate malfunction?

Dear Nimrod,

This is a normaly situation since the audio drivers are no more compatible

to the system. You should get the drivers updated. Just get to the device

manager and you will see an exclamation on the audio drivers, just right

click on it and select updating the driver.
