Formatting pen drive

Hello,
I m having 120 GB pen drive & it does't work. Maens it does not open write , read and form at also ,please give me information which software i should use to format pen drive.

Dear Rachana,

Just right click on the specific disk and click on format in order

to have the pen formatted.
