Comp. 2 lists and add data fr one to the othr

Hello, I use excel 2003. I have a list from my phone provider of called numbers. I have a list of contacts with their telephone numbers.

Provider list

Tue 28 Jul 14:26 Mobile 1159410818 02:00 £0.35
Wed 29 Jul 17:04 Mobile 7528625110 02:00 £0.35

list of contacts

I need to append the persons name and company to the end of the Providers list, by matching the corresponding phone number to the 'list of contacts'.

Crazy thing is I am sure I have done this before, but i just cannot figure it.. HELP! ..
