How to switch from IDE to SATA on XP
Closed
Hello,
I had windows vista and decided to switch back to xp. I could not install directly with SATA drivers as XP does not include the SATA drivers. So I changed SATA to IDE in boot and installed XP pro SP2. Then I tried to install the drivers provided by acer but it says that the system does not have the minimum requirements. Then I tried switching back to SATA from boot and windows does not boot.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? or was it something I needed to do during installation?
Thank you very much for your help,
Martin
