Google appengine basic app

Hello,
when i am doing google appengine basic app, in Web Application Starter Project i enterd the user name.
when i am entering the user name and click on submit it show an error as
"An error occurred while attempting to contact the server. Please check your network connection and try again"
how can i resolve this problem.

Dear Venkat,

Please check whether the connection speed is correct. This problem might be coming from low connection speed. Still please check with your administrator whether this particular website hasn't been blocked.
