My google logo does not appear

Hello,
when I open google.com the logo does not load and ther are no blue links either (like images, vidos, maps etc) the only things there are a box with a red x in the top left corner where the logo should be and the grey box that say "Google Search" and the grey box that says "I'm feeling lucky" and the rest is a blank white page - any advice out there to get may google to load properly
