Desktop Security 2010 Closed

Question

Hello,
I removed as much of the desktop security program off my computer as i can find, running rkill and malware bytes and command prompt/registry editor. there was a point where i couldnt restore or go into safe mode.  I couldnt delete the file from program files before even with killbox untill i ran killbox in safemode.  The malware scanner and everything shows theres no more malware and i cant find any physically on my computer but the pop ups are still coming up.  Task manager doesnt even show that desktop security is running. any ideas?

Hi All
My laptop has been attacked by trojan desktop blocker and installed by unuthorised security and I can't acces anything, whenever i try to open anythting i just couldnt open it, i will always be directed to this security company asking me to buy the security softwere, I have anti virus but i couldn't install it either or even open it. I can access some intrenate site and it block wahtever it wants.... i use window XP please help.
