Downloading a file to a website

Hello,
I am very new to all this, I created a website on webs and I am trying to be able to download a file on one of it's pages, so that viewers can open it and print with they want. I think it has to do with the codes or something. Y ou can look at the website at puttinsober.webs.com. If you can help me that would be great. Thank you.

Dear Sir,

There is no such feature that allows users to download files to be printed. You will still be able to upload pictures and videos. You won't get to modify the templates that they offer with any change in the codes. You will only be able to add widgets.
