Hello,
         no sir  i am trying to format it also but it is showing that the format is done by an incomplete error. can i xchange the pen drive or may i no the address of repairing center.

Please check whether the problem experienced is not due to the fact that there is write protection on the disk. Please get it removed through the instructions provided below if it is the case:

Remove Write Protection on Pen drive
