kingston data traveller not responding Closed

Question

Hello sir, 
             i purchased  a  pendrive in the month of august 09 it is a kingston pen drive of 4 GB. It cannnot be read now. so please help me by letting me know how can it be repaired or exchanged in the company .

Dear Anoop, 

Please get it plugged to your computer and right click on the drive to see whether you can get it formatted. It might be that there is a corrupted file or a virus on it. This will solve the matter if this is the actual case. Otherwise, you should send it for repair at the manufacturer.
