Hi there,
First check your connection cable if its well plugged from router/modem/switch to the pc/laptop lan port,enter command prompt by pressing start+r and type cmd,once open type ipconfig /release press enter,then ipconfig /flushdns press enter and at last ipconfig /renew.Wait and try after some seconds,also open your browser and delete cookies and clear the cache.If the issue persist ,contact your isp as it may be a communication issue from their side.
