Hello, I bought acer aspire one for christmas, now trial version of windows is up. Can I download the free version of windows 7? if so where do i go to do that. If any other suggestions please let me know. This is such an aggrervation need to get into my files they are all locked. I can only view them thats all. want to know your opinions before I have to go out and spend $149. when i dont have it.... kat

There is no free version of Windows 7.
What version of Windows came with the computer and why can't you revert to that version?
How did you get the Beta version of Windows 7 or a unlicensed version of Win 7 on your computer?
