try this
go to bios screen by pressing DEL key as soon as pc is restarting[F2 for some laptops]. once there select LOAD OPTIMISED DEFAULTS then save and exit. see if it helps
if not then there are more ways to solve this problem.
if u are using windows and have windows cd then boot the pc with the cd (keeping cd drive in 1st boot priority). once it loads up the drivers press R for Windows repair
a command prompt type screen will open
type fixmbr
restart and it will solve ur prob for sure
