Hello,
i have sgh-e251, its a problem i guess with the slide... when i make a call or answer a call with my slides down i can't hear the voice of the person on the other line... so as well with the music player.. but when it is up or close.. then i can hear the sounds very well coming from the other line so as with the music.... please help im dead with my mom if this can't be resolved...:-)

Dear Sir,

There must a problem with some cables inside and I will advise you to simply get it for repair. Otherwise if you try to fix it yourself, you might damage some internal components. Yet you can still put the phone on loudspeaker when you open the phone.
